Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sr. Relationship Manager role based in Kolkata. The Sr. Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing tailored financial advice, and understanding clients investment needs. The position involves managing client portfolios, recommending suitable financial products, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include business development, meeting sales targets, and staying updated on market trends to provide accurate and timely recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including equities, derivatives, commodities, and portfolio management strategies.
  • Proficiency in client relationship management, account management, and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Analytical and research skills to stay updated on market trends and provide well-informed financial advice.
  • Prior experience in financial advisory, investment sales, or a similar role in a stock broking firm is preferred.
  • Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
