Job Description

This role is for a Senior Relationship Manager in the Customer Engagement Channel (B2C) for a top AMC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mutual funds sales, managing HNI portfolios, and providing top-tier investment advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upsell mutual fund products and other financial products to Retail/HNI clients from an assigned database.
  • Generate fresh leads through references to expand the clientele.
  • Achieve business targets by upselling AMC products and enhancing client net worth relationships.
  • Profile customers to provide financial products that meet their specific needs.
  • Ensure the highest levels of service to clients, particularly HNI customers.
  • Provide comprehensive investment planning and advice.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets across a diverse product mix.
  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Focus on the acquisition and servicing of HNI/UHNI customers.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Well-experienced with mutual funds and managing portfolios.
  • Proven experience in handling Retail and HNI clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds.
  • Strong skills in client profiling, financial product recommendation, and investment planning.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
