This role is for a Senior Relationship Manager in the Customer Engagement Channel (B2C) for a top AMC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mutual funds sales, managing HNI portfolios, and providing top-tier investment advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Upsell mutual fund products and other financial products to Retail/HNI clients from an assigned database.
- Generate fresh leads through references to expand the clientele.
- Achieve business targets by upselling AMC products and enhancing client net worth relationships.
- Profile customers to provide financial products that meet their specific needs.
- Ensure the highest levels of service to clients, particularly HNI customers.
- Provide comprehensive investment planning and advice.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets across a diverse product mix.
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned customers.
- Focus on the acquisition and servicing of HNI/UHNI customers.
Skills & Qualifications
- Well-experienced with mutual funds and managing portfolios.
- Proven experience in handling Retail and HNI clients.
- In-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds.
- Strong skills in client profiling, financial product recommendation, and investment planning.
