We are looking for dynamic and experienced Relationship Managers to join our Corporate Banking team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Working Capital products and Loan against Credit Bills Discounting (LCBD), catering to large listed corporates.
Responsibilities:-
- Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients with ticket sizes of 50 Cr to 150 Cr.
- Focus on listed companies with turnovers between 2000 Cr to 3000 Cr.
- Drive LCBD (Loan against Credit Bills Discounting) and Working Capital solutions across the client base.
- Identify, acquire, and grow client relationships in the wholesale/corporate lending segment.
- Assess creditworthiness, structure deals, and present proposals for internal credit approval.
- Ensure end-to-end execution of transactions including documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursement monitoring.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic inputs.
Qualifications:-
- UG/PG in Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 35 years of current experience in Working Capital or Corporate Lending with a reputed Local or Foreign Bank.
- Hands-on experience with credit evaluation and relationship management in the corporate banking space.
Preferred Skills:-
- Solid knowledge and experience in LCBD products and Working Capital finance.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, credit structuring, and market practices.
- Ability to work with large corporates and engage at senior decision-making levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
