Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager, based in Bengaluru North. The key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing the end-to-end real estate transaction process, understanding client requirements, and providing tailored solutions. The role involves staying updated with market trends and analysis, generating leads, conducting property consultations, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years experience into Real estate mandatory
• Proficiency in client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of market trends, real estate sales, and property transaction processes
• Ability to conduct property consultations and provide personalized solutions aligning with client needs
• Experience in lead generation and converting leads into successful sales
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Prior experience in real estate sales or a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
