Sr.recruiter-Internal hiring

Role Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit for both IT and Non-IT roles including Sales, HR, Finance, and Content
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements
• Manage end-to-end hiring across multiple business functions and high-volume roles
• Use job boards, LinkedIn, and social media for targeted candidate outreach

Key Deliverables:

• Closure of high-volume and multi-functional hiring positions
• Timely delivery on internal hiring SLAs and TATs
• Accurate and updated recruitment reports in Excel
• Strong internal stakeholder satisfaction and hiring coordination
