Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates.
  • Source and screen candidates using multiple channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, internal databases, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Engage in proactive sourcing and headhunting for niche and leadership roles.
  • Conduct telephonic and initial HR screening interviews to assess candidates suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Strong experience in hiring for mid to senior-level roles across diverse industries or functions.
  • Proficiency in job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Shine, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent headhunting and passive sourcing skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in high-volume or leadership hiring.
  • Exposure to employer branding and talent engagement strategies is an advantage.
