Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates.
- Source and screen candidates using multiple channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, internal databases, referrals, and headhunting.
- Engage in proactive sourcing and headhunting for niche and leadership roles.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR screening interviews to assess candidates suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
- Strong experience in hiring for mid to senior-level roles across diverse industries or functions.
- Proficiency in job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Shine, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent headhunting and passive sourcing skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in high-volume or leadership hiring.
- Exposure to employer branding and talent engagement strategies is an advantage.
