Sr. Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sr. Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top talent for Oil and Gas, Hospitality industry and will play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition efforts across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for various roles across the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can improve the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in NON IT industry especially hospitality, oil and gas, engineering .
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
• Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and networking.
