1)Exp in pre-dispatch inspection of automobile forging/forge, machining, foundry /casting components.
2)Exp in documents preparation like pre-dispatch inspection reports, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SQC and sample inspection
3) Should able to read engineering drawing in Auto-Cad.
4) Performing ISO activities related to Quality Assurance.
5) Daily rejection analysis disposal action on Inhouse Supplier (Machining Casting) rejection, High machining defect parts PPM monitoring.
6) Preparation of Quality Documents like Layout, In process PDI Reports, Inward Final Quality Plans, Gauge Plans, Rejection Trend Charts, One Point Lessons Quality Alerts.
