Sr. Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce / MS Dynamics applications using tools like Selenium, Provar, Testim, or mabl.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and document defects.
• Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to ensure testability of features.
• Develop and implement test plans and strategies, covering functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance on Salesforce / MS Dynamics testing best practices and automation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with testing standards, including Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the automation framework and testing processes.
