Responsibilities :
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure product quality and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues early in the development process.
Utilize Playwright and TypeScript to automate testing processes enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor and analyze test results providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing methodologies and tools.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables ensuring alignment with quality objectives.
Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in quality engineering.
Facilitate effective communication between development and quality assurance teams to streamline processes.
Drive the adoption of innovative testing solutions to enhance product reliability and user satisfaction.
Contribute to the development of quality metrics and KPIs to measure and improve performance. -Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Playwright and TypeScript essential for automating testing processes.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and resolving quality issues.
Have experience in Program Management which is beneficial for coordinating complex projects.
Show proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
