Sr Quality Assurance Engineer

• Participate in requirements design and validation identify test coverage, gaps, risks, and quality measures early in the project lifecycle.
• Define and execute test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases using appropriate estimation techniques.
• Perform end‑to‑end functional, integration, and regression testing across complex systems and environments.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts using Playwright and JavaScript, following Page Object Model (POM) and data‑driven framework principles.
• Refactor and enhance automation frameworks to ensure reusability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Validate REST APIs using Postman and Swagger UI.
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate backend data and support defect analysis and troubleshooting.
• Manage test execution, defect logging, analysis, and coordination with Development teams through resolution.
• Support performance, load, and stress testing analyze results and provide feedback on platform and application capabilities.
• Prepare and manage complex test environments and test data.
• Provide guidance, metrics, and quality insights to engineering, product, and project stakeholders.
• Raise quality risks and issues through appropriate escalation channels and support on‑time delivery without compromising quality.
• Adhere to all corporate policies, including the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or systems testing.
• 3+ years of hands‑on test automation experience.
• Strong experience with Playwright, JavaScript, POM, and data‑driven automation frameworks.
• Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger) and SQL for backend validation.
• Experience with Test Management and Defect Management tools.

• Understanding of platform and operating system architecture.
• Relevant software quality or testing certification.

• Standard work environment majority of time spent on PC.
• Travel may be required (domestic or international)
