About the Role:

You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust test automation frameworks and executing automated test suites across development, staging, and production environments. You'll collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth, defect-free software delivery.

• Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, JUnit, and TestNG.
• Develop test plans and scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Execute and analyze automated test suites across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test opportunities and ensure quality across SDLC.
• Use Java, Python, Golang, or JavaScript to build scalable automation solutions.
• Preferred: Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and drive quality improvements.
• Keep current with the latest in test automation tools and best practices.
• Proactively identify risks, defects, and propose improvements or mitigations.
• Technology Stack (Mandatory):Selenium, TestNG, Java/Python, Performance Testing
• Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 58 years of relevant experience in automated testing and QA.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of Agile development, test planning, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
