Sr. QA Automation Tester

We are looking for a skilled Sr. QA Automation Tester to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through effective test automation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test scripts using appropriate automation tools.
• Execute automated test cases and report results to the development team.
• Collaborate with developers and QA team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain and enhance existing automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution activities.
• Perform regression testing to ensure software quality after each release.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback for continuous improvement of the testing process.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in QA automation testing.
• Proficient in automation testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with test management tools like JIRA or TestRail.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices, such as Jenkins or Git.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
