Job Description

Job Summary: Alike Thoughts Info Systems is seeking a skilled Senior Python Developer with extensive experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and SQL. This role will be crucial in developing and maintaining robust backend systems, designing cloud-based solutions, and optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust, high-performance backend systems using Python.
  • Design and implement scalable cloud-based solutions leveraging a variety of AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS.
  • Write efficient, optimized SQL queries for complex data extraction, transformation, and analysis tasks.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, data engineers, and DevOps personnel, to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Uphold and enforce high code quality standards through rigorous code reviews, comprehensive unit testing, and meticulous documentation.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
