Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a transformation program that includes SAP system enhancements and M&A-related business transition activities.
- Define and manage the integrated project plan, ensuring alignment of scope, milestones, and interdependencies across functions.
- Serve as the central point of coordination between IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and other impacted teams.
- Manage risk, issues, and change control processes to ensure program objectives are met within budget and timeline.
- Collaborate with senior Supply leaders (L3+) to provide regular updates, facilitate decision-making, and resolve escalations.
- Ensure effective governance by preparing steering committee materials and driving accountability across workstreams.
- Drive communication and change management plans to support business readiness and adoption.
- Manage external vendors and third-party partners involved in the program delivery.
Key Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of project/program management experience, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
- Strong experience in SAP implementation or enhancement projects ideally across supply chain, logistics, or finance modules.
- Exposure to M&A, business carve-outs, or divestiture programs (end-to-end or significant involvement).
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and adapt communication style for L3+ stakeholders.
- Strong governance, planning, and financial management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a structured, pragmatic approach to delivery.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is a plus.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are an advantage.
