Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple real estate or construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and PMC teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Review and manage project documentation, contracts, and reports.
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Report to senior management on project status, risks, and performance metrics.
