● 5+ years of experience in project management within digital marketing, preferably SEO/link building
● Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, backlink strategies, and outreach processes
● Proven experience handling international clients (US, UK, Australia preferred)

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
● Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar)

Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project management for SEO and link-building campaigns
- Manage a portfolio of international clients (US, UK, Australia) with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates
- Plan, execute, and monitor SEO and link-building strategies aligned with client goals
- Coordinate with internal teams (Outreach, Content, SEO, QA) to ensure smooth execution
- Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain high-quality deliverables and ensure adherence to deadlines and SOPs
- Analyze campaign performance and present insights, reports, and recommendations to clients
- Conduct regular client calls, presentations, and performance reviews
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and workflow optimization
