Sr. Project Manager

Job Specification

● 5+ years of experience in project management within digital marketing, preferably SEO/link building

● Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, backlink strategies, and outreach processes

● Proven experience handling international clients (US, UK, Australia preferred)

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Strong presentation and client-facing skills

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

● Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar)

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● High attention to detail and quality control

• Key Responsibilities

-Lead end-to-end project management for SEO and link-building campaigns

Manage a portfolio of international clients (US, UK, Australia) with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention

-Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates

-Plan, execute, and monitor SEO and link-building strategies aligned with client goals

-Coordinate with internal teams (Outreach, Content, SEO, QA) to ensure smooth execution

-Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues

-Maintain high-quality deliverables and ensure adherence to deadlines and SOPs

-Analyze campaign performance and present insights, reports, and recommendations to clients

-Conduct regular client calls, presentations, and performance reviews

-Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and workflow optimization
