Job Description

10-15 years of experience in handling Oracle EBS/ Fusion implementation/ upgrade/ support projects.
The candidate should have below experience.
Should be very good oral/ written communicator with very good presentation skills.
Extensive experience in handling end to end implementation of medium to high value projects ranging from 500K to 5M.
Should have experience in handling Oracle EBS/ Fusion applications projects.
Should be well versed with PMP processes and have execution experience.
Should be able to drive project by keeping all stakeholders informed about project progress, risk identification and mitigation, metrics presentation.
Should have experience in vendor management to manage other vendors involved in the project.
Should have good exposure to quality processes like verification and validation.
Exposure to external security/ quality audits can be added advantage.
Experience in using tools like MS Projects/ Zoho, ServiceNow, Jira, MS Office products like Excel, Power Point are required.
Should have managed a diversified team with onsite offshore presence.
Should have good leadership qualities with coaching ability.
