Job Description

Experience as a Project Manager with at least 8+ years experience managing projects with large budget, complex solutions.

Excellent leadership, communication, management and interpersonal skills.

Project Planning: Develop integrated project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and allocation of resources.

Ability to run effective project meetings, workshops and/or other forums as needed.

Ability to work with stakeholders at different levels including executives.

Ability to work with and coordinate cross functional teams including vendor partners

Team Leadership: Lead project teams, including internal and external partners, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

Risk Management: Guide and support the team to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement: Champion strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to improve collaboration and project success.

Communication: Maintain clear and open communication channels with project partners, providing regular updates and reports.

Scope Management: Work closely with the business to baseline and monitor project scope and activate change requests as needed.

Financial Management: Produce cost models, maintain budgets and expenditures, making vital adjustments to stay within budget.

Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and best practices.

Governance: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other artefacts.

Ability to support, influence and negotiation project decisions through priority and data

Knowledge of different project management methodologies.
