Senior Project Manager (Cloud Application Modernization): Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale cloud modernization and application transformation programs using Agile/Scrum, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality. Drive Agile best practices across multiple Scrum teams, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, PI planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure predictable delivery. Manage .NET and Java application modernization projects on AWS, working closely with architects, DevOps, and engineering teams. Lead and mentor large cross-functional teams of 4050 members, including PMs, Scrum Masters, developers, QA, and DevOps. Act as primary customer contact, managing stakeholder communication, expectations, status reporting, and escalations. Successfully execute fixed-price projects with strong scope control, milestone delivery, cost tracking, and margin protection. Own planning, estimation, governance, risk, issue, and change management. Ensure quality, security, compliance, and continuous improvement.
