We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading complex programs and driving cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for overseeing program execution, managing stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional programs from inception to completion.
• Develop program strategies and objectives that align with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for program initiatives.
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
• Facilitate communication across teams and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in project management best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in program management or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
