Position Summary:
Program Management, Product delivery, Stakeholder management and communication, Budgeting, Process improvement, Pre-sales support
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the organization's strategic plan and align the team productivity
- Point of contact to the Stakeholders and manage the communication without escalation
- Understand the needs of various business units, balance and align the delivery with the business goals
- Build and manage the team
- Should have good understanding on the mobile app development tech stack
- Guide the team on mobile app development strategy
- Create and review technical designs, perform code reviews
- Knowledge in the DevOps model
- Keep track of future updates/version upgrades and have the required changes on the mobile apps
- Knowledge on the Web applications, APIs and Microservices
- Coordinate with project managers on the project progress and issues if any
- Should adhere to the schedule and deliver the product on time
- Follow and improve Agile centric approach, process
- Should be able to support the pre-sales and onboarding
- Estimate project cost and should be able to execute the project within the budget
- Must identify, analyze, and prepare responses for risk events
- Vendor / partner management
- Forecast/Manage program budget
- Identify and manage program adherence to standards and governance
- Measure and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and Return on investments (ROI)
Required Skill Set:

- Good understanding on Mobile app development (Flutter, Android & iOS native app)
- Good understanding on Coding standards and best practices, optimization techniques
- Good understanding of Application security guidelines
- APIs & Third-party libraries integration
- Firebase, Git
- DevOps knowledge
- Competency in Microsoft office applications
- Familiar with project management tool JIRA
- Good understanding of Agile methodology
- Able to manage Project scope, schedule and cost
- Able to manage Stakeholders and Vendors
- Able to manage Resources
- Able to manage Risks
- Good knowledge of budgeting
- Knowledge in cloud technologies (Preferably AWS)
- Knowledge on ISO audit process and documentation
- Share the program updates/performance with senior management
