Responsibilities
- Design and implement production processes to optimize efficiency and quality.

- Develop and maintain documentation for production processes and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- 7-8 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, methods, and tools.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
