Sr Product Specialist(ISG)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions using .Net, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server Management Studio.
• Collaborate with teams for seamless integration of Duck Creek technologies such as Rating, PolicyCenter, and Manuscripts.
• Implement processes and controls to ensure statutory compliance and audit readiness.
• Manage renewals, endorsements, changes, and cancellations.
• Use GIT for version control and ensure code quality and consistency.
• Build and enhance UI components using CSS, XML, XSLT, and HTML.
• Provide technical expertise in Duck Creek Core Utilities and database management.
• Conduct system audits and performance reviews; recommend improvements.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and smooth business operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Document technical processes for knowledge sharing.
• Communicate effectively in English with global teams and stakeholders.
