Must Have (*All skills are required)
- Strong product management or Product Owner experience (5–7 years) in regulated financial services
- Deep credit risk domain knowledge (borrower quality, collateral assessment, risk rating frameworks)
- Agile delivery experience, strong stakeholder management, and senior‑level communication skills
- Foundational AI / GenAI literacy and responsible AI usage
- Strong understanding of regulatory, audit, and risk governance expectations related to credit risk platforms
- Ability to translate complex risk methodologies into clear, scalable product features with appropriate controls and explainability
