We are seeking a
Senior Product Manager, Mobile Payments, who will take ownership of the end-to-end mobile payments lifecycle, spanning
pre-sales, sales, and post-sales experiences. This role will be responsible for managing a complete suite of mobile payment products, including
invoices, estimates, and point-of-sale (POS), while ensuring a seamless and secure experience for end users.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives focused on
reliability, scale, compliance, and usability, while building a
platform-agnostic mobile payments system that supports multiple use cases and customer segments. This role requires strong execution, a deep understanding of mobile payment flows, and the ability to balance customer needs with business and regulatory requirements
What You'll Do
- Own the Mobile Payments Product Vision & Strategy, defining and executing the roadmap for invoices, estimates, and POS across a B2B2C environment.
- Drive payment adoption and monetization by increasing usage, transaction success, and GMV through improved discovery, checkout, and post-sale mobile experiences.
- Lead delivery of core mobile payment capabilities, including invoicing, estimates, POS, refunds, and post-sale workflows at scale.
- Own hardware and in-person payment integrations, enabling seamless reader and terminal-based payments within the mobile app.
- Build a platform-agnostic payment architecture, evaluating and integrating PSP SDKs to support native mobile payments with provider flexibility.
- Champion mobile-first UI/UX for payments, delivering fast, intuitive, and frictionless checkout and payment flows.
- Design, run, and analyze experiments to improve checkout conversion, authorization success, and overall mobile payment performance.
- Ensure scale, reliability, security, and compliance, with strong ownership of PCI, regulatory, and risk requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, sales, support, and finance teams across pre-sale, sale, and post-sale journeys.
- Leverage payments data and metrics (TPV, authorization rates, drop-offs, failures, refunds) to guide prioritization and roadmap decisions.
- Own outcomes, not just features, delivering measurable gains in adoption, transaction success, revenue, and mobile payments performance.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in payments, fintech, or transaction-heavy B2B/B2B2C platforms at scale, with 7+ years of total professional experience.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact payment features that improve adoption, transaction success, authorization rates, and revenue growth.
- Strong UI/UX expertise for payment and checkout experiences, partnering closely with design teams to build fast, intuitive, and trust-driven user journeys.
- Hands-on experience driving revenue expansion and monetization through payments, pricing, fees, subscriptions, or transaction-based models.
- Solid understanding of SaaS and fintech growth levers, including activation, conversion optimization, retention, lifecycle management, and post-transaction experiences.
- Bonus: Experience working on a highly polished payments or fintech product processing 1B+ annual TPV, with the ability to clearly articulate impact on growth, reliability, and customer trust.
