Sr Product Manager - BA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive India-focused NPI strategy and roadmaps in building automation.
2. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to identify and develop new offerings.
3. Engage with customers to gather insights and validate product concepts.
4. Own portfolio delivery across the offering lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.

Job Requirements:

1. 10+ years of experience in NPI, strategy consulting, or early-stage product roles.
2. Bachelor's in engineering and MBA with a techno-commercial mindset.
3. Strong knowledge of automation/controls and Indian market dynamics.
4. Proficient in market sizing, customer engagement, and cross-functional leadership
