Sr Product Manager

What You'll Do

• Define and champion the product vision and strategy for your product lines
• Be a key member of the core product management team for Adobe Acrobat and help shape Adobe's broader product direction in this flagship business
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to drive overall business success
• Execute on product strategy, roadmap, and feature requirements by working closely with customers, internal product teams, engineering, and executive leadership
• Research market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform product decisions
• Define and prioritize features based on customer value and business impact
• Measure and assess product roadmap outcomes to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth
• Deliver impactful presentations and product demos to showcase value
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, support, and partner teams to bring products to market successfully

What You Need to Succeed

• Proven track record of defining product requirements and launching successful products
• BS in Engineering and MBA from a top-tier business school (IIM, XLRI, ISB) or equivalent experience
• At least 9 years of total experience with a minimum of 6 years in a post-MBA business role
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations
• Expertise in making data-driven decisions and strategic recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across distributed teams
• Self-motivated with a strong learning mindset and adaptability
• Experience working in agile software development environments within large-scale teams is desirable
