We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Product Designer with a minimum of 5+
years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess
exceptional presentation skills and a proven track record of delivering innovative and usercentric
designs. As a Lead UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user
experience of our digital products and services. You will work with a team of highly talented
designers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, visually
appealing, and functional designs that meet both user needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to delivery, ensuring a seamless and intuitive
user experience across all digital platforms.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand
business requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of innovation and
excellence in design.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the
user experience.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard design
tools.
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating design
rationale and user benefits.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and advocate
for best practices within the team.
Champion a UX-centric, solution-centric, and data-centric mindset, leveraging user
insights and data analytics to inform design decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your
design process and successful projects.
Must have proficiency in Figma and design system.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and
interaction design.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to
diverse audiences.
Experience leading design teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile
environment.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to design, with the ability to interpret
user data and analytics to drive design decisions.
Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a commitment to continuous
learning and improvement.
