About the Role:
We are hiring an experiencedSenior Procurement Executiveto manage procurement, inventory, and stock replenishment. The role involves forecasting sales, maintaining optimal stock levels, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast sales and demand to plan procurement effectively.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Execute timely replenishment and manage vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance for inventory alignment.
- Analyze procurement and inventory data to identify trends and improve processes.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms, prices, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, purchases, and procurement activities.
Requirements:
- 57 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of stock replenishment and inventory control.
- Ability to forecast sales and manage inventory efficiently.
- Proficiency in ERP or inventory management systems.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
