You'll Make a Difference By

  • Manage employee data and records (EDM) in Workday
  • Process assigned EDM requests/cases within defined SLAs
  • Use tools such as ServiceNow, Workday, and other internal systems to handle HR administration requests
  • Act as the front-facing support for the HR Admin team, handling end-to-end HR transactions
  • Ensure first-time-right resolution, accuracy, and SLA adherence in all activities
  • Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

Your Success Is Grounded In

  • 1year–3 years of experience in Employee Data Management (EDM) or related HR operations
  • Graduate (any discipline)
  • Experience working with HR systems (Workday preferred)
  • Good understanding of HR administrative processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a know-how rather than know-what approach
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
  • Ability to work in a SLA-driven environment.
