Job Description

Location: Mohali (Work from Office only)

Visibility Gurus is expanding and we're looking for a PPC Team Lead with proven expertise in managing and scaling paid campaigns. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in client communication, taking client calls, and leading a team to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ad platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign performance.
  • Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for high conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and profitability.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for creatives, bidding, and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Provide regular client reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Communicate with clients directly via calls and meetings, ensuring smooth delivery of services.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of PPC executives towards achieving campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to align PPC campaigns with business objectives.

Requirements
  • 35 years of proven experience in managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads & Facebook Ads.
  • Prior experience in handling client calls and communication is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and analytics interpretation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Google Ads & Facebook Blueprint Certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
