Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across search, display, shopping, and social platforms
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor benchmarking
  • Write compelling ad copy and work with design teams on creatives and landing pages
  • Manage daily campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs and campaign ROI
  • Coordinate with SEO, design, and content teams for cohesive marketing
  • Stay current on platform updates, ad tech, and industry trends
  • Handle media planning and monthly budget allocation

  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
  • Bing/Microsoft Ads
  • Campaign strategy & funnel planning
  • Conversion tracking & attribution modeling
  • Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager
  • Keyword research & competitive analysis

  • Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Clear communication and reporting skills

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing and scaling paid campaigns
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Certifications in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads are a plus
  • Experience with automation tools and feed management platforms is a bonus
