Sr Power Apps Developer

• Position: Power App Developer (12+ years IT Development Experience) We are looking for a committed and experienced Power App Developer with a strong background in IT development, possessing over 12 years of relevant industry experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative Power Apps solutions. Your expertise in Power App development, including Power App Canvas, Power Automate, and complex data integration, will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Power App Development: Utilize your extensive technical knowledge and expertise in Power App development to design, build, and maintain high-quality, user-friendly applications using Power App Canvas.
• Power Automate: Create efficient and automated workflows using Power Automate (formerly known as Microsoft Flow) to streamline business processes and enhance productivity.
• Data Integration: Integrate complex data from various sources into Power Apps, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
• Power BI Integration: Collaborate with Power BI developers to integrate Power Apps with Power BI for real-time data visualization and insightful reporting.
• User Experience (UX): Design and implement user-centric interfaces and experiences that are visually appealing and intuitive, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.
• Requirements Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Power App development.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve technical issues and bugs related to Power Apps, ensuring smooth functionality and a seamless user experience.
• Security and Compliance: Implement best practices for security and data protection, ensuring that Power Apps adhere to company policies and industry standards.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and standard operating procedures, to facilitate knowledge sharing and support.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of strong IT development experience, with a focus on application development and software engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in developing Power Apps, including proficiency in Power App Canvas.
• Extensive knowledge of Power Automate (Microsoft Flow) and its capabilities for workflow automation.
• Expertise in integrating complex data from multiple sources into Power Apps, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
• Experience in integrating Power Apps with Power BI for dynamic data visualization and reporting.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and the ability to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Power Apps.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards related to application development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies
