Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the marketing and PMT function for Critical Care, Injectable, and Antibiotics product portfolio
  • Plan and execute successful new product launches and strengthen existing brands
  • Develop and implement creative and effective promotional strategies
  • Design brand communication and promotional themes for various products
  • Work closely with Field Managers and other support functions for seamless execution of strategies
  • Plan and execute campaigns and special activities for Key Opinion Leaders
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly brand reviews and monitor brand performance
  • Undertake regular field work to review, evaluate, and fine-tune strategy implementation
  • Lead and manage the marketing team within PMT to achieve defined business objectives
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, regulatory, supply chain, and training

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in Pharmacy or Science with an MBA in Marketing
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Pharma Sales and Marketing, with 2 to 3 years as Senior Product Manager or Group Product Manager
  • Hands-on experience in handling Critical Care, Injectable, and Antibiotics segments
  • Strong creativity and innovation with effective people management skills
  • Proven experience in launching new products and strengthening established brands
  • Experience in selection, training, and development of PMT team members
