About the Role
Panchshil Realty is seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Planning Engineer to lead project scheduling, monitoring, and control across multiple developments. The role demands strong leadership in project planning, coordination, and performance analysis, ensuring timely delivery of projects while optimizing cost and resource utilization.
What You Will Do
Planning & Project Evaluation:
- Preparing master schedule for the project.
- Preparing micro schedule for different stages of the project based on the master schedule.
- Analysis of activity sequence and forecasting resources based on the same.
- Based on the micro schedule , preparing material procurement schedule and providing it to site team and purchase dept. for material procurement purpose.
- Planning for day to day activities and setting out daily targets for the site team so as to help them achieve the scheduled project completion date.
- Planning & providing contractors schedule for contracts purpose.
- Preparing cash flow in coordination with the micro schedule prepared.
Monitoring & Managing:
- Monitoring the physical progress of work through daily site visit.
- Tracking & updating of project schedule
- Taking updates on daily basis based on the day-to-day targets provided to the site team.
- Daily tracking of contractor's schedule and providing tracking reports for contractor billing purposes.
- Daily tracking of material procurement schedule.
- Preparing a recovery plan in coordination with CM to avoid any delay.
Communication & Co-ordination:
- Taking out daily updates from the site team in order to track the schedule more effectively.
- Setup Coordination between site team and services departments for different types of clearances required during the work execution.
- Scheduling and hosting meetings with contractors, site execution team & services team on daily/weekly basis for progress review and to manage further execution. Preparing MOM for the same.
- Daily follow-up of required drawings, material delivery, decision & clearances with the respective departments.
- Providing management with project updates.
Reports:
- Preparing daily & weekly progress reports based on the site progress.
- Preparing management report (CM & PM reports) of multiple sites to provide project status report to management,
- Collection of required data for monthly progress report.
- Monthly schedule tracking reports for Site execution, Investor & Contractors billing purpose.
- Preparing daily reports as per CM's requirement required to be submitted to Management, Auditor, Finance etc.
- Preparing recovery plan in coordination with CM in case of delay in scheduled activities.
- Preparing reports as per CM & senior's requirements to be provided for management, finance, audit purpose & MIS department.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 1015 years of experience in planning and project controls, with exposure to high-rise, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project reporting tools.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale project schedules and multidisciplinary coordination.
