Sr. Photographer & Cinematographer

• Strong portfolio showing lighting techniques, composition, and styling sensibility
• Must understand brand language and visual storytelling
• Hands-on experience with studio setups, model shoots, and retouching workflows
• Should be capable of leading shoots independently and coordinating with stylists, models, and art direction
• Knowledge of video frame composition is a plus
• Experience in brand films, product videos, lifestyle content, and campaign storytelling
• Strong understanding of camera setups, lighting direction, framing, and movement
• Must know how to create cinematic visuals tailored for digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Should have experience collaborating with creative teams on storyboarding, shot planning, and post-production look
• Knowledge of color grading and basic editing is preferred
• Bonus: experience in shooting with natural light and adapting across environments (studio/outdoor)

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the industry
• Must have agency or brand background (not freelance-only)
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, brand-consistent visuals
