Shift Timings - General Shift (9 am to 6 pm)

Job Title: Sr performance Mktg and SM Paid Specialist

Brief Discription: Uplers is on the lookout for highly skilled Sr Performance marketers and SM paid specialist to run our B2B paid ads for brand team. To thrive in this role, you must possess a profound understanding of leading search and social media platforms and a genuine eagerness to explore and adapt to emerging advertising channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage online advertising tasks for clients.

Exhibit deep proficiency in various advertising platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and Twitter Ads, with a strong focus on interpreting analytics data.

Strategize, execute, measure, and optimize advertising campaigns to align with clients objectives, prioritizing tangible business outcomes over mere click metrics.

Embrace hypothesis creation and experimentation in advertising, actively exploring new approaches and channels.

Translate data into compelling narratives, effectively communicating results (after ensuring accurate tracking) in a comprehensible manner.

Collaborate with our growth marketers, content marketers, and designers to contribute to our clients growth.

Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and improvement.

Implement and monitor tracking mechanisms to measure and analyze campaign performance. Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance, including adjusting bids, targeting, and ad creatives to maximize ROI.

Perform A/B testing and data analysis to identify insights and make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization.

Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and trends to stakeholders.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in online advertising across mentioned channels and apply that knowledge to campaign strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in tracking, measuring, and analyzing data across various advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and Twitter Ads, gained either in an agency or in-house.

Capability to analyze data, convey findings internally and externally, and make informed recommendations based on your insights.

Demonstrated ability to manage work independently, following through on agreements and tasks without constant oversight.

Proactive communication of ideas that can benefit the team and clients.

Willingness to seek assistance when needed or share innovative ideas, with support readily available from colleagues across the company.

Proactive approach to continually analyze client data, fostering the development of new ideas and recommendations.

A solid understanding of customer satisfaction principles and strategies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving advertising landscapes.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
