Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare customized itineraries for international packages.
- Build itineraries as per clients requirements for International destinations.
- Prepare booking vouchers & invoices.
- Confirm bookings with vendors / service providers.
- Support clients during their travel.
- Visa processing and documentation.
- Make flight & hotel bookings and generate vouchers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must be a graduate.
- Good and sound knowledge of costing and itinerary preparation relating to Outbound tours for various countries Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, Bali, Malaysia, Vietnam, Europe, Africa etc.
- Would be smart to handle queries from direct clients and converting same to business.
- Should have minimum 02-05 years experience in the trade.
- Also computer literacy and fluency in English essential.
