Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare customized itineraries for international packages.
  • Build itineraries as per clients requirements for International destinations.
  • Prepare booking vouchers & invoices.
  • Confirm bookings with vendors / service providers.
  • Support clients during their travel.
  • Visa processing and documentation.
  • Make flight & hotel bookings and generate vouchers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must be a graduate.
  • Good and sound knowledge of costing and itinerary preparation relating to Outbound tours for various countries Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, Bali, Malaysia, Vietnam, Europe, Africa etc.
  • Would be smart to handle queries from direct clients and converting same to business.
  • Should have minimum 02-05 years experience in the trade.
  • Also computer literacy and fluency in English essential.
