Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad for a Senior Operations Manager. The selected candidate will lead and oversee the operational responsibilities of the company, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflows. Responsibilities include streamlining processes, monitoring daily operations, strategy development, employee performance management, and implementing actionable improvements to ensure business excellence. The Senior Operations Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills to oversee operational teams and drive results.
  • Project management experience, including expertise with timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution.
  • Lead non-voice legal due diligence operations and service delivery
  • Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT, quality, and productivity targets
  • Manage client communication and operational escalations
  • Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality standards
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for coordinating across departments and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools for performance monitoring and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, particularly RBI guidelines and real estate risk assessment frameworks, is highly advantageous.
  • Understanding of AI/ML-driven tools and digital platforms for risk mitigation and property assessment is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial services, fintech, or real estate operations will be an added advantage.
