digital transformation challenges our customers face through Data & AI, Application Development,

System Integration and Talent services to enable better business outcomes.

We are looking for an Operations Leader who will lead and manage operations.

Summary: This role will lead Operations of PriceSenz driving continuous improvement across the

organization in full alignment with the Organization charter closely collaborating with rest of Leadership and leading a team of people.

Duties & responsibilities

Payroll Processing - US, India

Finance - AP, AR, Financial statements (monthly), Cashflow management and outlooks

Oversee HR - US, India

Full-cycle employee and consultant management including Onboarding & Employee Relationship

Management - US & India

Legal and Customer compliance: Payroll/Unemployment/etc Taxes - US, India Taxes and other

statutory compliance

Drive Cost avoidance across company

Drive Company culture and Credo - Promote, evangelize and improve

Own Procurement / Vendor management

Drive Business Metrics & KPI's across the organization teaming with other leaders

Employee Learning & Development

Drive continuous improvement of company including ISO certs and other credentials

Drive efficiencies through process re-engineering, automation & continuous improvements

Drive Operational efficiencies including cost avoidance, wastage reduction, resource utilization

Internal and external risk management through quarterly risk self-assessments, internal audits

and external compliance audits

Drive recruitment strategies initiatives to meet business growth.

Drive OKR (Objectives & Key Results) driven execution culture

Requirements

5+ years of experience in related areas

Strong communication and collaborative skills

3+ years of experience in Operations leadership roles

2+ yrs of experience in related areas in IT Staffing/Services/Product companies

4+ yrs of experience in the US market

Strong Operational efficiency focus with a drive to transform operations with people, process &

tech and an allergy to wastage

Client service mindset and strong interpersonal skills

Strong Financial savviness

Strong experience in data-driven delivery

Getting things done attitude balanced with a Strategic vision, long range planning and

foresightedness

Bachelors in Business, Tech or related areas

MBA in General or Operations management or equivalent experience

Timezone expectations - US 8 - 5pm CT
