Role Overview

We're hiring an Operations Lead to own day-to-day operational coordination across Media, Creative, Account Managers teams. You'll report to the Head of Operations and take ownership of client escalation management, retention, quality control, workload balancing, SOP adherence and process optimization freeing the Head of Operations to focus on growth. This is a hands-on, leadership-by-example role for someone who's run operations in an ad agency and understands the e-commerce advertising landscape.

What You'll Do -

  • Build, document and audit SOPs & workflows for Media, Creative & Accounts.
  • Own capacity planning, resource allocation and a rolling 412 week resourcing plan.
  • Track operational KPIs (TAT, utilization, productivity, error rates) and maintain dashboards.
  • Coordinate internal handoffs and remove blockers between teams (media, creative, AM) escalate to Head of Ops only when needed.
  • Run root-cause analyses, pilot fixes, and scale successful process changes.
  • Implement/maintain tools, trackers and a central documentation hub.
  • Train teams on new processes and drive adoption.

Must Have Requirements -

  • 23 years in operations/delivery at a digital ad/performance agency (e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Proven experience building SOPs, QA frameworks and capacity plans.
  • Strong with Sheets/Excel (pivot tables), PM tools (Asana / Notion / Trello) and dashboards (Data Studio / Looker or similar).
  • Data-driven, analytical and comfortable running cross-team projects.
  • Excellent written communication for internal docs; highly proactive and detail-obsessed.
  • Comfortable in a fully internal role you do not handle client comms or account management.

  • Client retention rate / churn reduction.
  • Team utilization and on-time task completion..
  • SOP adhearance.
  • Time-to-resolve internal blockers.
  • Number of processes automated/standardized.
