i. design of shaft, threaded joints, welded joints, skid ii. design of pressure vessels as per ASME codes & Standards iii. Centrifugal compressor layout design iv. Design of cast & forged components v. Design of acoustic enclosure/canopy
vi. Design of air, oil & water system for compressors vii. Tolerance stack-up analysis viii. Handling team of CAD engineers (2 to 3 members) ix. knowledge of heat exchanger codes like TEMA x. Mechanical testing of Centrifugal compressors
i. Good knowledge of structural FEA using ANSYS (Meshing, Static Stress) ii. CAD geometry clean up for FEA
i. knowledge about layout of centrifugal compressor ii. knowledge about principle of working & major components of centrifugal compressor
i. Maintain discipline of office time, and dress code. ii. Adherence to customer, quality and environment policies of KPCL. iii. Follow ISO and 5S procedures. iv. KAIZEN
