Ability to gather and analyze requirements directly from clients and translate them into technical/functional specifications
Strong decision-making abilities, troubleshooting expertise, and problem-solving skills
Client-focused approach and ability to learn quickly
Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team
Knowledge of coding standards as per FLAKE8 & PEP-8
Preferable
Functional and technical knowledge of key Odoo modules: Accounting, Sales, Purchases, MRP, Point of Sale, Inventory, Manufacturing, Ecommerce, Website, HR, Fleet Management.
Experience with database or module migration
Knowledge of Odoo frontend (Website, POS, field widgets)
Experience with server setup for Odoo across hosting platforms such as AWS, Linode, DigitalOcean, etc.
