About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. The role involves 24x7x365 monitoring, troubleshooting, and diagnosing network issues to ensure high availability and quick restoration of global network services in collaboration with global service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues on a 24x7x365 basis
• Ensure global network availability and uptime
• Coordinate with global service providers for issue resolution
• Provide quick restoration of network services
• Maintain and update network documentation
• Adhere to escalation procedures and SLAs

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (B.E. EXTC) or equivalent
• 67 years of relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routing technologies
• CCNA / CCNP certification (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of Switching & Firewalls
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7x365)
