We're hiring a
Senior Motion Designer to lead creation of high-impact marketing content. This is a
hands-on role focused on
game promos, animated banners, video editing, and digital assets, with higher ownership on quality, execution, and creative direction.
You should bring a strong sense of
craft, storytelling, and visual polish, and be able to elevate output across all formats.
What You'll Do
- Create premium-quality game promos, marketing videos, and ad creatives
- Lead execution of animated banners, GIFs, and SVG assets with strong attention to detail
- Edit high-performing videos with a focus on storytelling, pacing, and retention
- Design and refine logo animations and motion systems
- Build clear, engaging instructional / explainer videos
- Own end-to-end delivery with minimal supervision
- Partner with marketing to shape creative direction and raise content quality
What You Bring
- 812+ years in motion design / video production
- Strong command of animation principles, pacing, and cinematic storytelling
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, performance-driven creatives at scale
- Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and maintain creative consistency
- Strong eye for detail, polish, and brand alignment
Tools & Skills
- Adobe After Effects (advanced)
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
- Strong working knowledge of SVG animation and GIF optimization
- Good exposure to AI tools for content creation
Good to Have
- Experience in gaming / casino / entertainment
- Ability to mentor or guide junior designers
Portfolio (Mandatory)
- High-quality motion work / promos
