Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop linear and nonlinear Finite Element Models for intricate structures and systems
- Conduct thermal and stress analyses for complex systems
- Perform modal analysis for frame and support structures
- Collaborate with engineers across Business Units to address thermal, structural, and vibrational challenges
- Provide design solutions based on analysis findings
- Prepare and deliver reports on modeling activities
Mandatory Skills:
- Proficiency in Finite Element modeling using tools like Abaqus CAE only
- Ability to tackle complex physics and geometry issues
- Skill in using analytical methods to solve problems and validate results
- Designing experiments to enhance model accuracy
Desirable Skill:
- Familiarity with Abaqus CAE
- Semiconductor manufacturing knowledge
