Designation: Sr. MEP Design Manager

Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore

Salary: upto 60 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Lead the MEP design process from concept through construction and ensure technical excellence.

Coordinate with architectural, structural, and construction teams for seamless system integration.

Design HVAC systems, including cooling load estimation, duct layout, and ventilation systems.

Prepare tender documents, design brief reports, calculations, and BOQs.

Review and validate design drawings, specifications, and equipment schedules.

Ensure compliance with local codes, Green Building regulations, and international standards such as

ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISHRAE, NFPA, IPC, and IFC.

Conduct value engineering to optimise cost, performance, and energy efficiency.

Oversee MEP design deliverables and schedules to align with overall project timelines.

Coordinate and submit documents to authorities such as Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and Trakhees

(EHS) for approvals.

Prepare 2D drawings and ensure accurate services coordination among all mechanical disciplines.

Requirements to Apply

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP design and project management, preferably within the UAE.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office tools.

Familiarity with Green Building regulations and authority approval processes.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
